John Sutter's grave

Son of one of the principles in the gold rush with the fort named for him is John Sutter. Sutter’s Fort is the location for the large equipment I photographed in Red Bubble. It’s also one of the places on “Governor Terminator’s” hit list for park closures. What happens when a fort get closed? Does it become loft housing after they tear it down? Or with the state just abandon it and let whatever happens happen?

I’m going back to Sutter’s grave with a stethoscope just to hear him turning in it.
